Thomas Quine is the Founder and Partner of New Energy Development Company LLC, as well as the inventor of a recently patented full-containment LNG tank system with no pumps or bottom penetrations, incorporating an integral pressure-build system that enhances safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Thomas leads the delivery of patented, pre-engineered energy systems, full EPC services, and private equity advisory across natural gas, LNG, and hydrogen (H₂) infrastructure. He previously served as the Founder and CEO of Northstar Industries and held leadership roles at Stone & Webster Engineering.
