Phil Suter is a Consultant at Blue Engineering and Consulting Company with over 20 years of LNG experience, focusing on project development, regulatory matters, and process safety. He has supported numerous small-scale LNG facilities from initial feasibility through construction and into service.

Phil serves on the NFPA 59A technical committee and was a key contributor in rewriting the small-scale chapter, helping advance small-scale LNG development across the industry.
