BIOGRAPHY

Penny Chen, Principal Technology Strategist at the Yokogawa US Technology Center, directs technology strategy, standardization, and exploration of new technologies for industrial autonomy. With a focus on robotics, artificial intelligence, wireless technologies, and IIoT, she is a recognized Fellow of the International Society of Automation (ISA) and a 2020 inductee into the Control Process Automation Hall of Fame.

Penny's leadership extends to roles such as Chairman of ISA100 Wireless Compliance Institute, Director of ISA’s Communication Division, and US Expert in IEC. Currently, she spearheads the Yokogawa Global Robotics Task Force.
