BIOGRAPHY

Greg Rickford serves as the Ontario's Minister of Indigenous Affairs and First Nations Economic Reconciliation, Minister Responsible for Ring of Fire Economic and Community Partnerships, and Chair of the Cabinet Committee for Economic and Resource Policy. First elected to Ontario's Legislature in 2018, he has held portfolios including Energy, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry, and Northern Development.

Greg's career spans nursing, law, and politics, including practicing Indigenous law focused on governance and economic development, and serving as a federal MP for Kenora from 2008 to 2015.
