BIOGRAPHY

David Keane is a globally experienced energy executive and the founder of Keane Strategic Consulting, with more than four decades of leadership across upstream, midstream, and LNG development in over 16 countries. He is widely recognized for his work in social performance, Indigenous engagement, ESG strategy, and government relations, having held senior roles at NextDecade, Woodfibre LNG, BG Group, and the BC LNG Alliance.

David now advises energy developers and Indigenous partners on LNG development, stakeholder engagement, and board-level strategy, guided by his belief that successful projects are powered by people.
