Caroline Burda is the founder of Lumina Env, where she advises developers on environmental strategy, permitting, and stakeholder engagement for LNG and energy infrastructure projects. Her work spans the full project lifecycle, from early development through construction and into operations.

Caroline helps project teams navigate complex regulatory requirements and community dynamics at every stage, with a particular focus on environmental decision-making in early-stage small-scale LNG development.
